Spectra Viewing and Processing ​

nmrXiv uses NMRium as its spectra viewer and editor. NMRium shows up in two places within nmrXiv: in Step 2 of the Submission Pipeline and in the Datasets tab of the studies after submission.

We recommend checking NMRium Documentation when using nmrXiv, which includes a Quick Start Guide (English and German), along with details on General Tools, processing 1D and 2D spectra, reaching to the Molecular Assignments.
